This caller called me 3 times in a row and left me a voicemail saying that if I didn't return his call, he was going to send cops to my house

Some "sweepstakes" scam advising me I have been entered into a drawing and I am eligible to win my choice of prize from a trip for 4, a Chevy equinox, and some absurd cash prize. I just hung up on them, I am sure they will call back.

These people keep calling trying to sell there product, and threaten us if we dont buy.I tell them not to call because my dad is not well and there reply is that they dont care and will keep calling.

She said that i needed to call her immediately, but didn't leave a company name or any other information about why she was calling and threatening me if I didn't call her right back. She stated this was urgent and time sensitive and if I didn't call back it was all on me.

We have tried FOR YEARS to stop calls from this number. They come in on EVERY month's phone bill. Usually 4, up to 7 or 8 total. They come to our in-bound WATS line, therefore a charge to us. Usually totals about .75 to $1.00 per month, which means they are getting to us (and probably many thousands more) for $8 to $12. per year. AT&T swears they can't stop them. HELP.

Undesirable types, usually businesses with no real purpose other than to harass others, use this number to appear legit. Go to babytel, get a softphone, then you can simply block these types and never hear from them again. And they are too stupid to adjust their tactics, i.e. they just keep assuming that they are effective.

They called. No one on the other line.

The fax machine keeps calling my personal cell phone. I if answer, it uses up my minutes. If I do not answer, it goes into my voice mail - which uses up my space and my minutes. Make it stop!!!

she inquire a training but she's hiding her company name.

same thing here - I just subscribed to LA times. Don't know what the call is about but it is annoying. I haven't answered it because I didn't know who it was and they leave no message. I tried calling the # back and it says something about "telemarketer service" and "you can't leave a message here".

phoned my unlisted line twice at 6:31 AM Pacific Time (Canada) a few days back. Answered it and got dead air. It has been said that this is a Bell South customer but have yet to confirm. Reverse lookup show that call (allegedly?) comes from Miami, Florida, United States. Have also heard others say this is a fax machine.

Would not take my name off their calling list after asking. They have called every day for the past week asking for Travis. However this is not my name.
